Dr. Plute founded Paragon Personal Healthcare with a straightforward premise: patients deserve more time, more attention, and a provider who is genuinely invested in their outcomes. Seven years ago, that same philosophy extended into medical aesthetics when Skin Revival opened as the med spa arm of the practice.
Her background is clinical first. That means she approaches skin the way a physician does — assessing underlying conditions, identifying when a concern may be medical rather than cosmetic, and knowing when to treat versus when to refer. It also means she can treat conditions that most aesthetic salons are not equipped or licensed to address, including rosacea, vascular lesions, and benign skin lesions and skin tags that local dermatologists regularly refer to our clinic.

What Sets a Physician-Supervised Med Spa Apart
The medical aesthetics industry spans a wide spectrum — from licensed estheticians working in day spas to board-certified physicians operating clinical practices. Is Dr. Plute present for every treatment, or just consultations?
Dr. Plute supervises every procedure performed at Skin Revival. This is not a practice where consultations are physician-led and treatments are delegated to unlicensed staff. You will see the same provider from your first appointment forward.
Do you treat medical skin conditions, or only cosmetic concerns?
We treat both. Rosacea, vascular lesions, benign skin lesions, and skin tags are all within our scope of care — conditions that most aesthetic salons are not equipped to handle. Local dermatologists refer patients to us for these treatments specifically. We can also advise whether a condition may qualify for insurance coverage.

Can I get prescription skincare through Skin Revival?
Yes. Because we are a physician-led practice, we can prescribe and monitor prescription skincare — including Retin-A and compounded dermatologic formulas — rather than limiting you to over-the-counter products. Our compounding-pharmacy partnership allows us to customize formulations when a standard product is not the right fit.
